    Please describe in detail the issue you are having with your order.
    Product does not fit the listed car. There are many features that won’t attach or even be showed due to the wrong fitment of the bumper. Attachment latches don’t even line up. No way of installing this bumper on the car.
    What is your desired resolution for this claim?
    Full Refund of the product as the product is defective to the description of the figment and vehicle that it applies to.
    What is your vehicle make, model, year and any trim level?
    BMW 640i 2013 coupe.

    Please be advised that the return period starts the day the item was delivered to the customer.
    Once the RA is requested the RA number is good for 60 calendar days from the time it has been issued.

    Any item(s) received AND OR requested after 30 calendar days of the delivered date or Will Call pick up date will incur a 25% restocking fee. Any item(s) received after 60 days of the issue date will not be refunded.

    A refund will be processed once the package has been received, as long as the item(s) are not altered, modified, or damaged.
