Thoroughly read the instructions and be sure to include image of the part # label on back of item or the plastic it was bagged in as that is missing from your claim.

    Your RA number is: RA49198

    Please be advised that the return period starts the day the item was delivered to the customer.
    Once the RA is requested the RA number is good for 60 calendar days from the time it has been issued. Any item(s) received AND OR requested after 30 calendar days of the delivered date or Will Call pick up date will incur a 25% restocking fee. Any item(s) received after 60 days of the issue date will not be refunded. A refund will be processed once the package has been received, as long as the item(s) are not altered, modified, or damaged.
